The International Sale Success Institute (ISSI) seeks to ACCELERATE the DEVELOPMENT, APPROVAL, PUBLICATION and DELIVERY of the universal and objective United Professional Sales Association (UPSA) standards.
The UPSA Standards Initiative focuses on:
- Research & Development of the Compendium of Professional Selling (CoPS) and the UPSA Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Model.
